Purva Patel · Designer / Artist
I'm Purva, a freelance designer and artist. I turn ideas into visuals that feel thoughtful, a little playful and unmistakably yours: greeting cards, small brand identities, social creatives and the occasional illustration just for the fun of it.

What I make
A short list. If your idea isn't on it, ask anyway.
Posters, layouts and visuals that say one thing clearly and look good doing it.
Cards for birthdays, weddings, thank-yous and the occasions that don't have a name yet.
Posts, stories and templates that keep a feed consistent without making it boring.
Logos, colour, type and the small rules that make a brand feel like itself everywhere.
Hand-drawn and digital illustrations, from single-line botanicals to full compositions.
Stationery, menus, packaging and print pieces set up properly for the printer.
Banners, email graphics and web visuals sized for every screen they'll land on.
One-off prints and gifts built around a name, a date or a story only you know.
How I work
Every project is a little different, but the shape is usually the same.
I start by understanding the idea, the audience and the feeling behind the project. Lots of questions, a few sketches.
I experiment with typography, colour, layout and a couple of visual directions before choosing one.
The strongest direction becomes a polished, finished design, built properly for wherever it's going.
The little details matter, so I keep refining until everything feels right. Then it's yours.
Experience
About a year and a half of freelancing with small businesses and people who wanted something personal.
Testimonials
What people say once the work is delivered.
Purva understood what we were after straight away. The cards came back polished, every small change was handled quickly and without fuss, and she is genuinely easy to work with.
Best of Joys
Client
I gave Purva a rough idea and a deadline and got back something better than I had pictured. Clear communication, quick turnaround, and she cares about getting the details right.
David
Freelance client
I asked for a card that felt personal and she got it exactly right. The little touches made it feel like it was made just for us, which it was.
Personalised card
Lovely to work with and quick to reply. The finished card looked even nicer printed than it did on screen. I would happily order again.

About
I'm Purva, a dental student by day and a designer and artist the rest of the time. Design started as the thing I did between lectures. It turned into the thing I couldn't stop doing.
For about a year and a half now I've been freelancing: greeting cards, small brand identities, social creatives, illustrations and personalised pieces for people who wanted something that felt like theirs. Every project starts the same way, with a lot of questions and a sketchbook.
Personality
The things that fill the sketchbook and clear my head.
Whenever an idea needs somewhere to go.
Two wheels, open roads, clear head.
Because making things is simply fun.
Dentistry by day. It taught me to love the details.
